NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given for the Board of County Commissioners of Pawnee County to hold a Public Hearing on whether to approve the Pawnee County Joint Planning Commission recommendations regarding: (1) An Amendment to the language in Section 37-104 of the Pawnee County Zoning Regulations regarding Agreements and Requirements; and (2) the Application for Conditional Use Permits of Ark Valley, LLC for approximately 1,365.5 acres located in Sections 23, 24 and 25, Township 22 South, Range 19 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Pawnee County, Kansas, to operate a Commercial Solar Energy Conversion System on property zoned Agricultural Use. Said proposed Conditional Use project to be located in the Keysville Township, Pawnee County, Kansas.
The public hearing will be held on Monday the 19th day of October, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in the Commissioner’s Room, located on the 2nd floor of the Pawnee County Courthouse, 715 Broadway, Larned, Kansas.
Public comments will be accepted.
